Jewellery & Gifts from Cotton and Gems arrive beautifully in a presentation box, in a white Cotton and Gems bag, branded ribbon and handwritten thank-you tag.  Should you require a special message to be written on the thank-you tag please let us know at the time of placing the order.  

Delivery

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery: Parcels will need to be signed for in person. All of our deliveries are insured.

Further Information

Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please state a delivery address, where someone will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). If no-one is available to receive your item; a card will be left offering you the option to have the item delivered at a later date; or collected from your local post office.

Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Please note, we may need to contact you to carry out security checks – If we are unable to contact you using the phone number given, it may delay your order.
